1. Monument to the Battle of the Nations - Völkerschlachtdenkmal -the biggest war monument in Europe

2. Federal Administrative Court - former supreme court before world war 2

3. Leipzig University - Second oldest University in Germany

4. New Town Hall - the biggest town hall in Germany

5. Old Town hall - one of the most beautiful Renaissance building in Germany

6. The Central Station - the biggest terminal in Europe

7. Nikolai Kirche - the oldest church in Leipzig and played a role during the peaceful revolution

8. Thomas Kirche & Bach statue - Bach worked inside for 27 years and inside you can find his grave

9. Gewand Haus & Opera Haus - One of the world's most famous music venues

10. Mädler-Passage & Auerbachs Keller - the most famous passage in Leipzig with the most famous restaurant

• Wackelturm - a nice (shaky) tower on a hill in the Auwald

• Bach Museum Leipzig - deals with the life and works of Johann Sebastian Bach

• Forum of Contemporary History Leipzig - GDR museum

• Grassi Museum of Applied Arts - second biggest museum in the world for musical instruments

• Mendelssohn-Haus - is a museum in honor of the composer Felix and Fanny Mendelssohn

• Kunstkraftwerk - is used as an art gallery with light show and was originally used as a power plant
